Dr Greer and I repaired a broken bridge on teeth 12 and 14. I advised the patient that the best option was to do a single crown on 12 and an extension on 14. The patient agreed and scheduled the treatment.

We completed a crown and build-up procedure on tooth #12. We administered topical anesthesia, placed dental fillings, and cemented the crown with NEXUS Cement. The patient was given oxygen during the procedure and was checked for bite and occlusion. The shade of the filling was A1 HT.

The patient came into the office today to have an extraction. Numbed patient and used elevator, drill,  and forceps to pull the tooth. The patient felt great after. Talked with the patient about dental implants to restore that area once that area is healed. Sent home with post-op instructions.

The patient came into the office to have a composite filling. The patient presents decay. Numbed area and removed decay to get back to a healthy tooth. Used composite to restore the tooth and checked bite with blue paper.

I pulled a tooth today. It was a little tricky, but I got it out. The patient felt great after. I talked to them about getting dental implants to replace the tooth. They're going to heal for a bit, and then I'll do that. They're going home with instructions.

I had a patient come in today to discuss restorative work. We talked about dental porcelain crowns and dental root canals. We went over the process of all the steps we take and how we can help restore their teeth and give them an esthetic and functional smile again.

As a highly skilled dentistry professional, I recently completed a job where I measured and prepped the patient's bone for a dental implant. The procedure was easy, and the patient had no complications. I will return to restore the dental implant with a new white porcelain implant crown.

The patient came in today for a dental implant porcelain crown. I took an impression of the tooth, made a temporary crown, and sent it to the lab. After the permanent crown came back from the lab, I placed it on the tooth, checked the bite with blue paper, and made any necessary adjustments. The patient was happy with the fit and look of their dental crown.
