Meet the Dentist, Dr. Phillip Greer
Dr. Phillip Greer is a native of Mobile, Alabama. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from Auburn University; his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. He has had involvement with American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, and the Christian Medical and Dental Association. Dr. Greer has received additional training in cosmetic dentistry, Implantology, laser technology, CEREC same-day Crown/Veneer technology, oral sedation, Invisalign, & Botox & Fillers. His career has been shaped by Dr. John Morgan, an orthodontist in the Mobile Bay region who passed away from brain cancer in 2001. Dr. Greerâs life was significantly impacted, thus leading to the pursuit of dentistry; the desire to continue the legacy of his mentor. Sweet Water Dentistry was established in honor of Dr. Morgan. Dr. Greer has also served on the mission field providing oral healthcare needs to many Latin American countries. He is married to his wife Ashley Greer with whom he shares three beautiful children! Dr. Phillip Greer has been involved in many different organizations in the community. These include: Fairhope Sunset Rotary, Kiwanis Club, Kairos Prison Ministry, Outback America, Fuse Project, Wings of Life, 3 Circle Church, Church of the Highlands, Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce and many more.
He enjoys being a part of the community and looks forward to serving more in the future.
Lou
Lead Dental Assistant
Lou is one of our bright assistants! She is from the beautiful country, Bolivia where she graduated as an International Dental Surgeon from UMSS in 2000. She followed in her father’s footsteps and became a compassionate dentist that strives for excellence. Lou comes from a family of dentists including her sister and nephew. She had the honor of teaching at 2 universities in Bolivia, working in different health centers, and followed dental laboratories closely. Her loving husband, Timothy- her “gringuito”, is from the United States. Lou loves spending time with her 2 sons, her “heart” and her “soul” in Southern Alabama. She is grateful for what God has given her and for His blessings.

Dental Assistant
Jana adds so much light to our office, from her generous hugs to her warm laughter.  She cares deeply for our patients and it shows in vibrance. Jana loves to make everyone feel welcome and like family! She enjoys singing at local restaurants, watching movies, sunsets, good eats, spending time with her family and puts God first in all things!!Â
Ashley
Hygienist
Meet Ashley, our Lovely hygienist.Â
Originally from a small town in TN. Ashley achieved her bachelor of science in Dental Hygiene at UT Health Science Center in 2017. She is licensed as an RDH in multiple states including TN, CA, and AL.Â
Her husband is in the navy (soon to become a pilot). She & her husband have 3 dogs (2 Great Danes and Chihuahua).
Outside of work, Ashley and her husband enjoy camping and off-roading in their jeep with the dogs.Â
