Extraction Check- In The patient came into the office today to have an extraction. Numbed patient and used elevator, drill,  and forceps to pull the tooth. The patient felt great after. Talked with the patient about dental implants to restore that area once that area is healed. Sent home with post-op instructions. 

CROWN DEL CHECK-IN The patient came in today to have a dental porcelain crown put on. Placed on with permanent cement and checked bite with blue paper. The patient was happy with the fit and look of their dental crown.
