I had a patient come in to discuss a solution for grinding their teeth. After examining their teeth, I recommended a night guard to help protect their teeth at night when they are most likely to grind them.

I performed a dental procedure on a patient to restore a decayed tooth. I used composite to fill the cavity and ensure the tooth was healthy. I checked the bite with blue paper to ensure it was comfortable.

The patient came in today to have a dental porcelain crown put on. Placed on with permanent cement and checked bite with blue paper. The patient was happy with the fit and look of their dental crown.

The patient came in for a crown. We removed decay on tooth and used composite to build tooth back up. We scanned the crown prep on the Cerec and milled it using emax material. We placed crown on with bruxzir permenant cement. We checked bite with blue paper and bite was great.

I performed a composite filling on a patient's front teeth number 8 and 9. The decay was removed, and the tooth was restored with composite. Used dental burs and a very esthetic composite to help restore teeth with beautiful restoration that looks natural. The bite was checked with blue paper.

The patient presents a dental implant placement on teeth 28,29, and 30. Measured and prepped bone for correct size dental implant. The procedure was easy and the patient had no complications. The patient will return to have the dental implant restored with a new white porcelain implant crown.

The patient came into the office today to get their new acrylic denture. Tried denture in and made adjustments. The patient was happy with the fit and how easy the process was. The patient loved their brand new white smile.

I performed a foundation appointment for a new patient. I took X-rays and IOP, and Dr. Greer went over the results. He advised that the patient had good teeth and needed deep cleanings in specific areas. He also mentioned the use of a waterpik to keep the teeth clean. I will set up a follow-up appointment for the patient after the deep cleanings.

We completed a new patient foundation appointment, which included taking FMX and IOP. Dr. Greer went over X-rays and IOP, and advised that the teeth looked really great. He measured pockets and advised that 10-11 had a widened PDL, 27-D had slight bone loss, 15-M had radiolucency on X-ray, and 30-O had radiolucency under filling. PTR for foundation appointment number 2. We also added a night guard to the TX plan due to signs of grinding teeth.

Patient presented for deep cleaning. Anesthetic was given to keep patient comfortable. Patient tolerated treatment well and will come back for other side next week.
