Patient presented for periodontal maintenance hygiene cleaning and periodontal charting. Patient has healed great after full mouth deep cleaning. No more deep pockets, light bleeding when flossing. Recommended staying on a 3-4 month recall until we can get on a regular flossing/waterpik routine to control light bleeding.

The patient came in today to get a new white porcelain crown. I removed the decay and used dental composite to build the tooth back up. I took a digital scan of the tooth and built a new white porcelain crown. I placed the porcelain crown with permanent dental cement. I checked the bite and made adjustments. The patient was happy.

The patient came into the office today to have an extraction. Numbed patient and used elevator, drill, and forceps to pull the tooth. The patient felt great after. Talked with the patient about dental implants to restore that area once that area is healed. Sent home with post-op instructions.
