The patient came into to discus botox. Dr. Greer spoke with the patient on needs and areas that would best suit the patient. We created a plan for the patient and they are scheduled to return to receive botox treatments.

The patient came into the office today to try in their new acrylic denture. Tried denture in and made adjustments. We advised the patient we would send the case back to the lab and at their next visit would be the final product. The patient was happy with the fit and how easy the process was.

CROWN DEL CHECK-IN The patient came in today to have a dental porcelain crown Dr prep and Placed #29 same day with permanent cement and checked bite with blue paper. The patient was happy with the fit and look of their dental crown, pt is going to come back for delv 2 crowns.

The patient came in for a crown. We removed decay on tooth and used composite to build tooth back up. We scanned the crown prep on the Cerec and milled it using emax material. We placed crown on with bruxzir permenant cement. We checked bite with blue paper and bite was great
