I performed a limited exam, including LE and PA X-rays, and presented a treatment plan for the extraction of teeth #6, #7, #8, #9, and #11, with an immediate partial denture. The patient is working on financial arrangements and will contact us to schedule.

The patient came in for a crown. We removed decay on tooth and used composite to build tooth back up. We scanned the crown prep on the Cerec and milled it using emax material. We placed crown on with bruxzir permenant cement. We checked bite with blue paper and bite was great.

Today at work, I had a patient come in for a tooth extraction. I numbed the area around the tooth with a local anesthetic before using the elevator, drill, and forceps to gently pull the tooth out. The patient felt no pain during the procedure. Afterward, I spoke with the patient about dental implants to restore the area once the extraction site has healed. I also gave the patient post-operative instructions to follow at home.

As a highly skilled dentistry professional, I recently completed a job where I successfully fitted a new acrylic denture for a patient. The denture was tried in by the patient and made necessary adjustments. We then sent the case back to the lab for further processing. At the patient's next visit, we were able to provide the final product, which the patient was happy with and found to be easy to wear.

Patient presented for hygiene cleaning and periodic exam. Heavy plaque buildup throughout and moderate calculus lower anteriors and maxillary buccals. Discussed proper brushing techniques and flossing daily. Extremely sensitive for cleanings, topical didn't help. Had some fillings adjusted after cleaning to hopefully help with the sensitivity.
