Male, adult patient, presented for hygiene deep cleaning of upper right quadrant. Patient was anesthetized properly and handled treatment great. Patient will return for rest of deep cleaning.

The patient came in to our office today due to some tooth pain. We took an x-ray and did an evaluation to determine best plan of action in restoring tooth. The best option would be to do a full coverage white porcelain crown. The patient was very thankful and eager to get tooth fixed.

The patient came in for a crown. We removed decay on tooth and used composite to build tooth back up. We scanned the crown prep on the Cerec and milled it using emax material. We placed crown on with bruxzir permanent cement. We checked bite with blue paper and bite was great.

The patient came in today to discuss dental implants and porcelain crowns. We went over the process of all the steps we take and how we can help restore their teeth and give them an esthetic and functional smile again. We also measured gums to make sure the patient is in great oral health.

The patient came into the office today to have dental extractions. Numbed patient and used elevator, drill, and forceps to pull the tooth. The patient felt great after. Talked with the patient about strong titanium dental implants to restore that area once that area is healed. Sent home with post-op instructions.
