Ashley worked with me today. She was so very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her while she cleaned my teeth. She is relatively new and I hope she stays. I would love to have her work with me on my next visit.

The patient came in for a crown. We removed decay on tooth and used composite to build tooth back up. We scanned the crown prep on the Cerec and milled it using emax material. We placed crown on with bruxzir permanent cement. We checked bite with blue paper and bite was great.

Female, middle aged patient, presented for hygiene cleaning, xrays, and periodic exam. No pending treatment plan. Great hygiene. Has permanent retainer on mandibular anteriors and maxillary anteriors, gave patient floss threaders to clean those areas.

I had to replace a missing tooth #9. The patient had a retainer for the area until the implant could be done. Unfortunately, the patient lost the retainer and wanted something else. I took impressions to have a new retainer made and sent more impressions to the lab to have a flipper made.

I recently completed a job where a patient came in for a dental porcelain crown. The dentist used permanent cement to place the crown, which was then checked for a proper fit and appearance using a blue paper. The patient was satisfied with the final result, which meant the job was completed successfully.
