Patient presented for deep cleaning. Dr anesthetized patient prior to deep cleaning. Did great with deep cleaning. Builds up tartar fast.

The patient came into the office today to get a new white porcelain Onlay. Removed the decay and used the dental composite to build the tooth back up. Took a digital scan of the tooth and built a new white porcelain onlay. Placed porcelain onlay with permanent dental cement. Checked the bite and made adjustments. The patient was happy.

The patient came into the office today to have an extraction. Numbed patient and used elevator, drill, and forceps to pull the tooth. The patient felt great after. Talked with the patient about dental implants to restore that area once that area is healed. Sent home with post-op instructions.

The patient presents a dental implant on tooth #13. Measured and prepped bone for correct size dental implant. The procedure was easy and the patient had no complications. The patient will return to have the dental implant restored with a new white porcelain implant crown.
