The patient came into the office today to have an extraction done on their wisdom teeth. Numbed patient and used elevator, drill, and forceps to pull the tooth. The patient felt great after. Talked with the patient about dental implants to restore that area once that area is healed. Sent home with post-op instructions.

The patient came in today to discuss dental implants and porcelain crowns. We went over the process of all the steps we take and how we can help restore their teeth and give them an esthetic and functional smile again.

The patient came in today to have a dental porcelain onlay put on. Placed on with permanent cement and checked bite with blue paper. The patient was happy with the fit and look of their dental onlay.

Discussed nitrous with patient for extraction. Periodontal readings decreased after full mouth deep cleaning, still has loose/flappy gingiva.

Patient presented for new hygiene cleaning and comprehensive exam. Was able to clean deeper in areas of pockets, no longer needs deep cleaning, will put on 4 month recall. Coming back for extraction/bone graft and re cemented loose bridge. Went over treatment plan with patient.

Patient presented for new hygiene foundation appointment. Took xrays, periodontal charting, and intraoral pictures. Concerned about temp crown that recently came out and another crown that broke. One needs new crown and buildup, other crown needs extraction/bone graft placed. Needs medical clearance before any treatment due to being on blood thinner.
