Female, adult patient, presented for hygiene cleaning and periodic exam. No pending treatment. Great hygiene. Has one crown that has come off several times, careful with flossing there.

The patient came in today to have a dental porcelain crown put on tooth #31. Placed on with permanent cement and checked bite with blue paper. The patient was happy with the fit and look of their dental crown.

Patient presented for hygiene cleaning, xrays, periodontal charting and periodic exam. No treatment plan. Great hygiene. Sensitive teeth, give water to let her swish. Discussed flouride free toothpaste, red light therapy and arthritis.
