The patient came into the office to have a composite filling. The patient presents decay. Numbed area and removed decay to get back to a healthy tooth. Used composite to restore the tooth and checked bite with blue paper.

Patient presented for new hygiene foundation appointment. Did xrays and comprehensive exam this morning. Came back this afternoon for cleaning. Treatment plan includes composite fillings, porcelain veneers, and sedation/nitrous. Interested in zoom whitening (cosmetic dentistry) and Invisalign ortho clear aligners.
