The patient presents a dental implant placement on tooth #29. Measured and prepped bone for correct size dental implant. The procedure was easy and the patient had no complications. The patient will return to have the dental implant restored with a new white porcelain implant crown.

The patient came in today to have a dental porcelain crown put on. Placed on with permanent cement and checked bite with blue paper. The patient was happy with the fit and look of their dental crown.

The patient came into the office today to have an extraction. Numbed patient and used elevator, drill, and forceps to pull the tooth. The patient felt great after. Talked with the patient about dental implants to restore that area once that area is healed. Sent home with post-op instructions.

The patient came in today to have a root canal and a porcelain crown done on the lower right molar. We removed the decay and prepped the tooth for a root canal. Scanned on cerec and made a new white porcelain crown.

THE PATIENT WAS SEEN IN THE OFFICE TODAY FOR A POSTERIOR ROOT CANAL AND A PORCELAIN CROWN THE EXISTING PORCELAIN BRIDGE WAS REMOVED THE CANALS WERE DISINFECTED WITH A WATER LASER A COMPOSITE BUILD UP WAS PLACED AND TEMPORARY CROWNS WERE DELIVERED
