The patient came into the office to have a composite filling. The patient presents decay. Numbed area and removed decay to get back to a healthy tooth. Used composite to restore the tooth and checked bite with blue paper.

I performed a crown procedure, removing decay and rebuilding the tooth with composite. I scanned the tooth and used the Cerec to mill the crown from emax material. I placed the crown with bruxzir cement and checked the bite with blue paper. The procedure was successful.

The patient is experiencing pain in the jaw area and is concerned about three of their molars. The dentist has recommended an extraction and explained that the upper area will be fine, but the lower area is more complicated due to the roots being crooked. The dentist also gave the patient a referral for a maxillofacial specialist.
