The patient came in today to have a dental porcelain crown put on tooth number 19 after they had a dental root canal performed. Placed on with permanent cement and checked bite with blue paper. The patient was happy with the fit and look of their dental crown.

The patient presents a root canal and a crown to restore their smile. We removed the decay and prepped the tooth for a root canal. Scanned on cerec and made a new white porcelain crown. The patient was happy with their new porcelain crown.

Patient presented for hygiene cleaning only. Patient is in between dental insurances right now and didn't want to pay for exam. Treatment plan includes two composite fillings. Used cavitron on lower anterior teeth where there was more calculus buildup and hand scaled everywhere else.

Patient presented for hygiene cleaning, xrays and periodontal charting. Basically did a debridement today due to patient not being in for a while. Had heavy stain throughout. Patient needs to come back for fine tuning cleaning and comprehensive exam, patient not interested because nothing is hurting him. Pending treatment of lower implants where he's missing molars.
