As a highly skilled dentistry professional, I recently completed a job where I measured and prepped the patient's bone for a dental implant. The procedure was easy, and the patient had no complications. I will return to restore the dental implant with a new white porcelain implant crown.

The patient came in today for a dental implant porcelain crown. I took an impression of the tooth, made a temporary crown, and sent it to the lab. After the permanent crown came back from the lab, I placed it on the tooth, checked the bite with blue paper, and made any necessary adjustments. The patient was happy with the fit and look of their dental crown.

Patient present appointment for botox, fillers, and Invisalign consult. Dr used disport 25 units. 9 x unit Botox 35 units. 13x unit Also patient referred she wants botox TJM.

The patient came into the office for a composite filling. The patient had decay, so I numbed the area and removed the decay to get back to a healthy tooth. Then, I used composite to restore the tooth and checked the bite with blue paper.

The patient came into the office today to get a new white porcelain crown and composite fillings. Removed the decay and used the dental composite to build the tooth back up. Took a digital scan of the tooth and built a new white porcelain crown. Placed porcelain crown with permanent dental cement. Checked the bite and made adjustments. The patient was happy.
