Patient presented for hygiene cleaning and periodic exam. No treatment plan. Had implant crown delivered after cleaning. Great hygiene.

The patient came into the office today to get a new white porcelain crown and composite fillings. Removed the decay and used the dental composite to build the tooth back up. Took a digital scan of the tooth and built a new white porcelain crown. Placed porcelain crown with permanent dental cement. Checked the bite and made adjustments. The patient was happy.

The patient came in today to have a dental porcelain crown put on. Placed on with permanent cement and checked bite with blue paper. The patient was happy with the fit and look of their dental crown.

patient present at office for #19 crown, BU #18 Crown , BU and filling esthetic #14 OL Topical Anesthetic placed, [ yes ] Carpules- Lidocaine 2% 1:100,000; [ 2 ] Carpules- Septocaine 4% 1:100,000. [ 2 ] Carpules- Carbocaine 3% plain. Dr. Greer removed decay and prepped tooth. Build up placed Scanned and milled at office samne day. Crown cemented with permanent Cement. Bite checked, occlusion adjusted accordingly, contacts checked.

Patient presented for zoom whitening. Patient tolerated 2 rounds on bottom teeth and 3 rounds on top. Went 3 shades lighter. Patient happy with results. Will mail whitening trays due to them not getting made.
