I had to replace a missing tooth #9. The patient had a retainer for the area until the implant could be done. Unfortunately, the patient lost the retainer and wanted something else. I took impressions to have a new retainer made and sent more impressions to the lab to have a flipper made.

I recently completed a job where a patient came in for a dental porcelain crown. The dentist used permanent cement to place the crown, which was then checked for a proper fit and appearance using a blue paper. The patient was satisfied with the final result, which meant the job was completed successfully.

The patient came into the office today to get a new white porcelain Onlay. Removed the decay and used the dental composite to build the tooth back up. Took a digital scan of the tooth and built a new white porcelain onlay. Placed porcelain onlay with permanent dental cement. Checked the bite and made adjustments. The patient was happy.

The patient came into the office today to have an extraction. Numbed patient and used elevator, drill, and forceps to pull the tooth. The patient felt great after. Talked with the patient about dental implants to restore that area once that area is healed. Sent home with post-op instructions.

The patient presents pain on the onlay when they eat. We checked the bite with blue paper and made adjustments. The patient stated the bite looked great after the adjustments we made. The patient was happy.
